Refund and Returns Policy

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.
  • The item must be undamaged and in its original condition.
  • The return must be initiated within 14 days from the date of purchase.

Time Limit for Returns or Exchanges

You have 14 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return or exchange. After this period, returns may not be accepted.

Conditions for Accepting Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • All accessories, manuals, and tags are included with the returned item.
  • The item is securely packed for return.

Refunds

Upon successful return and inspection, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Shipping and Handling for Returns

  • If the return is due to our error or a defective product, we will cover the shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to a change of mind or the item not meeting your expectations, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • For expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer service team via email to inform us of your intent to return or exchange.
  2. Our team will provide instructions and any necessary forms.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and tags.
  4. Ship the package back to us using a trackable shipping method and retain the tracking information.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
